Tony Stewart Public Service Announcement for the Hoosier Disaster Relief Fund
Many people are still trying to recover from the unprecedented flooding in January and February. More than one million dollars will be needed to get folks in our region back on their feet. Disaster Assistance for Northwest Indiana (DANI) is accepting donations to help with the long-term recovery for more than 100 families. One way to donate is by credit card through the Hoosier Disaster Relief Fund . Several versions of a public service announcement created by NASCAR driver and Indiana native Tony Stewart are below.
The Hoosier Disaster Relief Fund was put together to address any disaster that strikes Indiana. Right now, donations to the fund are helping survivors throughout the northern part of the state. Giving can be targeted to the efforts of DANI by checking a box on the website.
